Noise from the street really hampers the experience, especially if you're rooming near the first floor!!! The shower facilities could use serious upgrades, particularly the lack of partitions and small sizes. More shelving in the rooms would be helpful too!!!

We had an amazing family stay, enjoying the self-serve pastries and coffee throughout the day. The staff even organized a fun golf cart tour, showcasing hidden corners of Rome, a hit with the teenagers. Plus, the easy walk from Termini made everything accessible.

My kids wished for more entertainment options in the evenings.

The king suite with balcony offered a luxurious feel, reminiscent of a museum, alongside the cozy warmth of a friend's home. Throughout the day, the self-service coffee, tea, and fresh pastries were good surprises that enhanced our experience. Conveniently located near attractions and Roma Termini, the area felt safe for evening strolls. While the ambient noise from the street was noticeable at times, the really good staff, always ready to help was nice.

The location was perfect for visiting all the major sites in Rome, just a short walk from the Colosseum and numerous lovely cafes. The staff was cute and provided good complimentary snacks and drinks throughout the day.

Staying here felt like a cozy blend of home and a stylish getaway, especially with the lovely self-serve pastries and fresh fruit we enjoyed throughout the day. I really loved the jacuzzi as a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The only downside was the somewhat thin walls, but it didn’t ruin the overall feel of our fantastic trip! 😊

This place is my first choice in this location, thanks to the affordable rates and wonderful central location with heated rooms, and the friendly staff.
